If you're reading this article, chances are you're in need of new printing equipment for your workplace. We all love our equipment, especially if we’ve held onto it for a considerable amount of time. If our printer slows down and is too out-of-date to repair or our scanning equipment eats our paper, we’re often tempted to look the other way and tolerate the lack of productivity in favor of sentimentality.  2.     Your business will continue to grow

While a printer’s page production quota doesn’t change, the print demands of your company will as you continue to grow and change with the times.
