 Q: What does a short-term rental include?

A: A rental is a bundled deal that includes the equipment, supplies, and maintenance.

Q: What’s the shortest term I can rent equipment?

A: We’re accustomed to rentals of less than 12 months and typically work on a month-to-month basis. We’ve even done one-day rentals! We’re proud to be fast, easy, and simple to work with. 

Q: What if I don’t like the machine?

A: That’s one of the benefits of renting! If the equipment isn’t the right fit for your needs, we will swap it out at no charge.

Q: What equipment is available for short-term rentals?

A: We have copiers, printers, fax, scanners, multi-function devices, and more. Our inventory constantly changes, so contact us for your specific needs. 

Q: What happens if my equipment breaks down?

A: Repair and maintenance charges are included in the cost of renting the equipment, so if you have any service issues or concerns, contact us and we’ll come running.

Q: How long will it take for service to show up if the equipment should break down?

A: We maintain a response time of less than four hours. We also have faster, guaranteed Service Level Agreements (SLA) available.

 Q: How much is it to rent?

A: Prices will vary depending on several factors. The bigger, larger, and more expensive the technology, the more you should expect to pay. For instance, expect to pay more for devices with color capabilities in comparison to single function black-and-white only devices. Also, keep in mind that the length of the lease will affect the price as well. A 12-month rental will be less expensive than a month-to-month rental. Contact us directly to request a quote!

Q: How much should I expect to invest in equipment with high volume production capabilities?

A: This would depend on your definition of “high volume”. The more copies or prints included, the more the total cost will be. However, it may drive down the overall cost per page as your page volume increases! 

Q: What do I do if I need to keep the equipment longer than expected?

A: That’s totally okay! We can change the rental agreement to a month-to-month rental and keep the payment exactly the same.

Q: I’m in town for a court case, can I rent a copier for the duration of case?

A: Yes! Plus, if the length of the case should change, we will work with you to find a short-term rental that will suit your needs.

Q: Can I rent a scanner for a trial?
